Returns are accepted on non-custom sized items within 15 days of recieving the item. Items must be in their original condition with no visable signs of wear. We DO NOT do alterations, when ordering an evening or bridal gown that is standard sized please remember you may need to have it altered at a tailor to perfectly fit you if you are between sizes or don't match up exactly to our size chart, please order a larger size if you are unsure.
We DO NOT accept returns on custom sized items unless the item is damaged, not as described, or dramatically does not fit in accordance to the measurements we have recieved from you. We are not responsible for the customer sending the incorrect measurements on custom sized items. Please check all your measurements throughly before ordering a custom sized item. Please remember that custom sized items may still need to be taken to a tailor to do tiny fit adjustments once the item is received. We try out best to perfectly fit you, but when ordering a custom item through the mail vs. being fit for one at our studio there is always the chance small changes might need to be made that we could not anticipate without having a body to fit the garment on.
All refunds are subject to our approval, if we think an item has been intentionally tampered with we may refuse a refund.
